Um número inteiro positivo de três algarismos $\overline{ABC}$ , será chamado de Lusófono, quando a soma $\overline{ABC} + \overline{CBA}$ é um quadrado perfeito. Determine todos os números Lusófonos.

Nota: $C \neq 0$ e $\overline{ABC}$ representa o número de três algarismos em que o $A$ ocupa a centena, $B$ ocupa a dezena e $C$ ocupa a unidade.
