  • Paper B

A function f:{1,2,…,n}→{m+1,m+2,…,m+n}f: \{1, 2, \ldots, n\} \rightarrow \{m+1, m+2, \ldots, m+n\}, where mm and nn are positive integers, is said to be beautiful if

  • aa divides f(a)f(a) for all a∈{1,2,…,n}a \in \{1, 2, \ldots, n\}, and
  • f(a)≠f(b)f(a) \neq f(b) for all distinct elements aa and bb of {1,2,…,n}\{1, 2, \ldots, n\} with gcd⁡(a,b)≠1\gcd(a, b) \neq 1.

Determine all positive integers nn such that, for every positive integer mm, there exists a beautiful function f:{1,2,…,n}→{m+1,m+2,…,m+n}f: \{1, 2, \ldots, n\} \rightarrow \{m+1, m+2, \ldots, m+n\}.
