Problem 1

Given a positive integer nn , an operation consists of replacing nn with either 2n−12n-1 , 3n−23n-2 or 5n−45n-4 . A number bb is said to be a follower of number aa if bb can be obtained from aa using this operation multiple times. Find all positive integers a<2011a < 2011 that have a common follower with 20112011 .

Problem 2

Let ABCABC an acute triangle and HH its orthocenter. Let EE and FF be the intersection of lines BHBH and CHCH with ACAC and ABAB respectively, and let DD be the intersection of lines EFEF and BCBC . Let Γ1\Gamma_1 be the circumcircle of AEFAEF , and Γ2\Gamma_2 the circumcircle of BHCBHC . The line ADAD intersects Γ1\Gamma_1 at point I≠AI \neq A . Let JJ be the feet of the internal bisector of ∠BHC\angle{BHC} and MM the midpoint of the arc BC⌢\stackrel{\frown}{BC} from Γ2\Gamma_2 that contains the point HH . The line MJMJ intersects Γ2\Gamma_2 at point N≠MN \neq M . Show that the triangles EIFEIF and CNBCNB are similar.

Problem 3

Let MM be a map made of several cities linked to each other by flights. We say that there is a route between two cities if there is a nonstop flight linking these two cities. For each city to the MM denote by MaM_a the map formed by the cities that have a route to and routes linking these cities together ( to not part of MaM_a ). The cities of MaM_a are divided into two sets so that the number of routes linking cities of different sets is maximum; we call this number the cut of MaM_a . Suppose that for every cut of MaM_a , it is strictly less than two thirds of the number of routes MaM_a . Show that for any coloring of the MM routes with two colors there are three cities of MM joined by three routes of the same color.

Problem 4

We consider Γ1\Gamma_1 and Γ2\Gamma_2 two circles that intersect at points PP and QQ . Let A,BA , B and CC be points on the circle Γ1\Gamma_1 and D,ED , E and FF points on the circle Γ2\Gamma_2 so that the lines AEA E and BDB D intersect at PP and the lines AFA F and CDC D intersect at QQ . Denote MM and NN the intersections of lines ABA B and DED E and of lines ACA C and DFD F , respectively. Show that AMDNA M D N is a parallelogram.

Problem 5

A form is the union of squared rectangles whose bases are consecutive unitary segments in a horizontal line that leaves all the rectangles on the same side, and whose heights m1,...,mnm_1, ... , m_n satisying m1≥...≥mnm_1\ge ... \ge m_n . An angle in a form consists of a box vv and of all the boxes to the right of vv and all the boxes above vv . The size of a form of an angle is the number of boxes it contains. Find the maximum number of angles of size 1111 in a form of size 400400 .

Problem 6

Let d(n)d(n) be the sum of positive integers divisors of number nn and ϕ(n)\phi(n) the quantity of integers in the interval [0,n][0,n] such that these integers are coprime with nn . For instance d(6)=12d(6)=12 and ϕ(7)=6\phi(7)=6 . Determine if the set of the integers nn such that, d(n)⋅ϕ(n)d(n)\cdot \phi (n) is a perfect square, is finite or infinite set.
