Let pp be a prime number and let kk be a positive integer. Let t=∑i=0∞⌊kpi⌋.t=\sum_{i=0}^\infty\bigg\lfloor\frac{k}{p^i}\bigg\rfloor.a) Let f∈Z[X]f\in \mathbb{Z}[X] be a monic polynomial of degree kk with p∣f(0)p\mid f(0). Prove that there exists n∈Nn\in\mathbb{N} for which p∣f(n)p\mid f(n) and pt+1∤f(n).p^{t+1}\nmid f(n).\b) Prove that the statement above is sharp, i.e. there exists a monic polynomial g∈Z[X]g\in \mathbb{Z}[X] of degree kk such that p∣g(0)p\mid g(0) and if p∣g(n)p\mid g(n) for some n∈Nn\in\mathbb{N} then pt∣g(n)p^t\mid g(n) also holds.
