Problem 1

There are nn cards such that for each i=1,2,⋯ni=1,2, \cdots n , there are exactly one card labeled ii . Initially the cards are piled with increasing order from top to bottom. There are two operations:

  • AA : One can take the top card of the pile and move it to the bottom;
  • BB : One can remove the top card from the pile.

The operation ABBABBABBABB⋯ABBABBABBABB \cdots is repeated until only one card gets left. Let L(n)L(n) be the labeled number on the final pile. Find all integers kk such that L(3k)=kL(3k)=k .

Problem 2

For a rectangle ABCDABCD which is not a square, there is OO such that OO is on the perpendicular bisector of BDBD and OO is in the interior of △BCD\triangle BCD . Denote by EE and FF the second intersections of the circle centered at OO passing through B,DB, D and AB,ADAB, AD . BFBF and DEDE meets at GG , and X,Y,ZX, Y, Z are the foots of the perpendiculars from GG to AB,BD,DAAB, BD, DA . L,M,NL, M, N are the foots of the perpendiculars from OO to CD,BD,BCCD, BD, BC . XYXY and MLML meets at PP , YZYZ and MNMN meets at QQ . Prove that BPBP and DQDQ are parallel.

Problem 3

Prove that there exist infinitely many positive integers kk such that the sequence {xn}\{x_n\} satisfying x1=1,x2=k+2,xn+2−(k+1)xn+1+xn=0(n≥0)x_1=1, x_2=k+2, x_{n+2}-(k+1)x_{n+1}+x_n=0(n \ge 0) does not contain any prime number.

Problem 4

Let triangle ABCABC be an acute scalene triangle with orthocenter HH . The foot of perpendicular from AA to BCBC is OO , and denote K,LK,L by the midpoints of AB,ACAB, AC , respectively. For a point D(≠O,B,C)D(\neq O,B,C) on segment BCBC , let E,FE,F be the orthocenters of triangles ABD,ACDABD, ACD , respectively, and denote M,NM,N by the midpoints of DE,DFDE,DF . The perpendicular line from MM to KHKH cuts the perpendicular line from NN to LHLH at PP . If QQ is the midpoint of EFEF , and SS is the orthocenter of triangle HPQHPQ , then prove that as DD varies on BCBC , the ratio OSOH\frac{OS}{OH} , OQOP\frac{OQ}{OP} remains constant.

Problem 5

Find all pairs (p,q)(p,q) such that the equation x4+2px2+qx+p2−36=0x^4+2px^2+qx+p^2-36=0 has exactly 44 integer roots(counting multiplicity).

Problem 6

A sequence {xn}=x0,x1,x2,⋯\{x_n \}=x_0, x_1, x_2, \cdots satisfies x0=a(1≤a≤2019,a∈R)x_0=a(1\le a \le 2019, a \in \mathbb{R}) , and xn+1={1+1009xn (xn≤2)2021−xn (2<xn≤1010)3031−2xn (1010<x≤1011)2020−xn (1011<xn)x_{n+1}=\begin{cases}1+1009x_n &\ (x_n \le 2) 2021-x_n &\ (2<x_n \le 1010) 3031-2x_n &\ (1010<x\le 1011) 2020-x_n &\ (1011<x_n) \end{cases} for each non-negative integer nn . If there exist some integer k>1k>1 such that xk=ax_k=a , call such minimum kk a fundamental period of {xn}\{x_n \} . Find all integers which can be a fundamental period of some seqeunce; and for such minimal odd period k(>1)k(>1) , find all values of x0=ax_0=a such that the fundamental period of {xn}\{x_n \} equals kk .
