For some integer n≥n \ge2 each pair (ii,jj), where 1≤i\le i,j≤nj \le n, is written on a card. We play the following game. The n2n^2 cards are placed in an nn×nntable so that for every ii and jj, the card (ii,jj) is in the iith row, at the jjth position. It is allowed to exchange the cards (ii,jj) and (kk,ll) if they are in the same row or in the same column, and ii=kk or jj=ll. Is it possible to reach that arrangement of the cards which contains (1,2) and (2,1) interchanged and all other cards are at their initial positions?
