$a$, $b$ and $c$ are three not necessarily consecutive terms of an arithmetic progression of positive numbers. Given that $\frac{c-b}{a}+\frac{a-c}{b}+ \frac{b-a}{c}=0$, find the common difference of the arithmetic progression.
