For a positive integer mm, let ss(mm) be the sum of the digits of mm. For n≥n \ge2, let ff(nn) be the minimal kk for which there exists a set SS of nn positive integers such that s(∑x∈Xx)=ks\left(\sum\limits_{x\in X}x\right)=k for any nonempty subset X⊂SX \subset S. Prove that there are constants 0<C1C_1<C2C_2 with C1log10n≤fC_1 log_{10} n \le f(nn)≤C2log10n\le C_2 log_{10} n.
