$P$ is a point lying on an ellipse of foci $F_1$ and $F_2$, different from the endpoints of the major axis. Show that the value of $\tan \frac{\angle PF_1F_2}{2}\cdot \tan \frac{\angle PF_2F_1}{2}$ is independent of $P$.
