TH-TMO 2004 Problem 12

Let $n$ be a positive integer and define $A_n = \{1, 2, ..., n\}$ . How many functions $f : A_n \to A_n$ are there such that for all $x, y \in A_n$ , if $x < y$ then $f(x) \ge f(y)$ ?
