SHARYGIN 2016 Problem 21

The areas of rectangles $P$ and $Q$ are equal, but the diagonal of $P$ is greater. Rectangle $Q$ can be covered by two copies of $P$ . Prove that $P$ can be covered by two copies of $Q$ .
