Problem 1

Given a sequence of positive integers a1,a2,a3,…a_1, a_2, a_3, \ldots such that for any positive integers kk , ll we have k+l ∣ ak+alk+l ~ | ~ a_k + a_l . Prove that for all positive integers k>lk > l , ak−ala_k - a_l is divisible by k−lk-l .

Problem 2

Given an acute triangle ABCABC with their incenter II . Point XX lies on BCBC on the same side as BB wrt AIAI . Point YY lies on the shorter arc ABAB of the circumcircle ABCABC . It is given that ∠AIX=∠XYA=120∘.\angle AIX = \angle XYA = 120^\circ. Prove that YIYI is the angle bisector of XYAXYA .

Problem 3

Prove that there exist real numbers b1,b2,…,bn∈{0,1}b_1, b_2, \ldots, b_n \in \{0,1\} , such that for all 1≤k≤l≤n1\leq k\leq l \leq n we have ∣∑i=kl(ai−bi)∣≤nn+1.\left| \sum_{i=k}^l (a_i-b_i)\right| \leq \frac{n}{n+1}.

Problem 4

Given a positive integer n≥2n\geq 2 and positive real numbers a1,a2,…,ana_1, a_2, \ldots, a_n with the sum equal to 11 . Let b=a1+2a2+…+nanb = a_1 + 2a_2 + \ldots + n a_n . Prove that ∑1≤i<j≤n(i−j)2aiaj≤(n−b)(b−1).\sum_{1\leq i < j \leq n} (i-j)^2 a_i a_j \leq (n-b)(b-1).

Let q1,q2,…,qnq_1, q_2, \ldots, q_n be the inverses modulo pp of p1,p2,…pnp_1, p_2, \ldots p_n . Prove that for every integers 0<a,b<p0 < a,b < p , the sets {r(q1),r(q2),…,r(qm)},  {r(aq1+b),r(aq2+b),…,r(aqm+b)}\{r(q_1), r(q_2), \ldots, r(q_m)\}, ~~ \{r(aq_1+b), r(aq_2+b), \ldots, r(aq_m+b)\} have at most 33 common elements.

Problem 6

For any real numbers aa and b>0b>0 , define an extension of an interval [a−b,a+b]⊆R[a-b,a+b] \subseteq \mathbb{R} be [a−2b,a+2b][a-2b, a+2b] . We say that P1,P2,…,PkP_1, P_2, \ldots, P_k covers the set XX if X⊆P1∪P2∪…∪PkX \subseteq P_1 \cup P_2 \cup \ldots \cup P_k .

Prove that there exists an integer MM with the following property: for every finite subset A⊆RA \subseteq \mathbb{R} , there exists a subset B⊆AB \subseteq A with at most MM numbers, so that for every 100100 closed intervals that covers BB , their extensions covers AA .
