PL-OM 2002 Problem 2

On sides $AC$ and $BC$ of acute-angled triangle $ABC$ rectangles with equal areas $ACPQ$ and $BKLC$ were built exterior. Prove that midpoint of $PL$ , point $C$ and center of circumcircle are collinear.
