NMC 2011 Problem 2

In a triangle ABCA B C assume AB=ACA B=A C, and let DD and EE be points on the extension of segment BAB A beyond AA and on the segment BCB C, respectively, such that the lines CDC D and AEA E are parallel. Prove that CD≥4hBCCEC D \geq \frac{4 h}{B C} C E, where hh is the height from AA in triangle ABC. When does equality hold?
