A function is called special if it is of the form x↦af(x)x\mapsto a^{f(x)} with aa a positive integer and f∈Z[X]f\in \mathbb{Z}[X] satisfying f(n)>0f(n)>0 for positive integers nn. Let P∈Z[X]P\in \mathbf{Z}[X] be nonconstant and let ff be a nonzero function which is a sum of products of special functions. Prove that there is a positive integer nn such that P(n)P(n) does not divide f(n)f(n).
