Other problems

Problem 1

Let OO be the center of the inscribed circle of the triangle ABCABC , tangent to the side of BCBC . Let MM be the midpoint of ACAC , and PP be the intersection point of MOMO and BCBC . Prove that AB=BPAB = BP if ∠BAC=2∠ACB\angle BAC = 2 \angle ACB .

Problem 4

Prove that there is a set AA consisting of 20022002 different natural numbers satisfying the condition: for each a∈Aa \in A , the product of all numbers from AA , except aa , when divided by aa gives the remainder 11 .

Problem 5

On the plane is given the acute triangle ABCABC . Let A1A_1 and B1B_1 be the feet of the altitudes of AA and BB drawn from those vertices, respectively. Tangents at points A1A_1 and B1B_1 drawn to the circumscribed circle of the triangle CA1B1CA_1B_1 intersect at MM . Prove that the circles circumscribed around the triangles AMB1AMB_1 , BMA1BMA_1 and CA1B1CA_1B_1 have a common point.

Problem 6

Find all polynomials P(x)P (x) with real coefficients that satisfy the identity P(x2)=P(x)P(x+1)P (x ^ 2) = P (x) P (x + 1) .

Problem 7

Prove that for any integers n>m>0n> m> 0 the number 2n−12 ^n-1 has a prime divisor not dividing 2m−12 ^m-1 .

Problem 8

NN grasshoppers are lined up in a row. At any time, one grasshopper is allowed to jump over exactly two grasshoppers standing to the right or left of him. At what nn can grasshoppers rearrange themselves in reverse order?
