Problem 1

In a triangle ABC (AB‾<AC‾)ABC ~(\overline{AB} < \overline{AC}) , points D(≠A,B)D (\neq A, B) and E(≠A,C)E (\neq A, C) lies on side ABAB and ACAC respectively. Point PP satisfies PB‾=PD‾,PC‾=PE‾\overline{PB}=\overline{PD}, \overline{PC}=\overline{PE} . X(≠A,C)X (\neq A, C) is on the arc ACAC of the circumcircle of triangle ABCABC not including BB . Let Y(≠A)Y (\neq A) be the intersection of circumcircle of triangle ADEADE and line XAXA . Prove that PX‾=PY‾\overline{PX} = \overline{PY} .

Problem 2

Function f:R+→R+f : \mathbb{R^+} \rightarrow \mathbb{R^+} satisfies the following condition.

(Condition) For each positive real number xx , there exists a positive real number yy such that (x+f(y))(y+f(x))≤4(x + f(y))(y + f(x)) \leq 4 , and the number of yy is finite.

Prove f(x)>f(y)f(x) > f(y) for any positive real numbers x<yx < y . ( R+\mathbb{R^+} is a set for all positive real numbers.)

Problem 3

Let pp be an odd prime. Let A(n)A(n) be the number of subsets of {1,2,...,n}\{1,2,...,n\} such that the sum of elements of the subset is a multiple of pp . Prove that if 2p−1−12^{p-1}-1 is not a multiple of p2p^2 , there exists infinitely many positive integer mm for any integer kk that satisfies the following. (The sum of elements of the empty set is 0.) A(m)−kp∈Z\frac{A(m)-k}{p}\in\mathbb{Z}

Problem 4

Find all positive integers nn satisfying the following. 2n−1 doesn’t have a prime factor larger than 72^n-1 \text{ doesn't have a prime factor larger than } 7

Problem 5

Given a positive integer nn , there are nn boxes B1,...,BnB_1,...,B_n . The following procedure can be used to add balls. (Procedure) Chosen two positive integers n≥i≥j≥1, we add one ball each to the boxes Bk that i≥k≥j.\text{(Procedure) Chosen two positive integers }n\geq i\geq j\geq 1\text{, we add one ball each to the boxes }B_k\text{ that }i\geq k\geq j. For positive integers x1,...,xnx_1,...,x_n let f(x1,...,xn)f(x_1,...,x_n) be the minimum amount of procedures to get all boxes have its amount of balls to be a multiple of 3, starting with xix_i balls for Bi(i=1,...,n)B_i(i=1,...,n) . Find the largest possible value of f(x1,...,xn)f(x_1,...,x_n) . (If x1,...,xnx_1,...,x_n are all multiples of 3, f(x1,...,xn)=0f(x_1,...,x_n)=0 .)

Problem 6

For positive integer n≥3n\geq 3 and real numbers a1,...,an,b1,...,bna_1,...,a_n,b_1,...,b_n , prove the following. ∑i=1nai(bi−bi+3)≤3n8∑i=1n((ai−ai+1)2+(bi−bi+1)2)\sum_{i=1}^n a_i(b_i-b_{i+3})\leq\frac{3n}{8}\sum_{i=1}^n((a_i-a_{i+1})^2+(b_i-b_{i+1})^2) ( an+1=a1a_{n+1}=a_1 , and for i=1,2,3i=1,2,3 bn+i=bib_{n+i}=b_i .)
