In rectangle $ABCD$, the points $M,N,P,Q$ lie on $AB,BC,CD,DA$ respectively such that the area of triangles $AQM,BMN,CNP,DPQ$ are equal. Prove that the quadrilateral $MNPQ$ is parallelogram.
