Prove that for that is divisible by Is this just a proof by induction or is there a more elegant method? I don't think calculating was expected.
In the triangle ABC, D is the foot of the altitude from A to BC, and M is the midpoint of the line segment BC. The three angles ∠BAD, ∠DAM and ∠MAC are all equal. Find the angles of the triangle ABC.
Three different non-zero real numbers satisfy the equations , where is a real number. Prove that
Suppose , where and . For each , let . Prove that When does equality occur ?
Each of the four positive integers has exactly six positive divisors. There are exactly dierent positive numbers which are exact divisors of at least one of the numbers. One of these is . Find all possible values of .(Both and are counted as divisors of the number .)

(a) Let be real numbers and consider the polynomial . Assume that and are integers. Prove that is an integer for all integers . (b) Let be real numbers and consider the polynomial . Assume that there exists an integer such that and are integers. Prove that is an integer for all integers .
Let be a positive integer and be positive real numbers. Let denote the product . Let be a real number and let . Prove that all the coeffcients of the polynomial are negative if and only if .
Over a period of consecutive days, a total of babies were born in a certain city, with at least one baby being born each day. Show that: (a) If , there must be a period of consecutive days during which exactly babies were born. (b) By contrast, if , such a period might not exist.
