Let $ABCD$ be a cyclic quadrilateral, let $E$ be the midpoint of $AC$ and $O$ be the centre of the circumcircle such that $O$ and $E$ are distinct. Prove that if $OEBD$ is cyclic then $EC$ bisects angle $DEB$.
