A circle of half the radius touches a circle of centre $O$ from the inside at point $E$. A ray drawn from $O$ intersects the large circle at $P$, and the other intersection with the small circle is $R$. Prove that the arcs $\widehat{EP}$ and $\widehat{ER}$ have the same length.
