In a triangle $ABC$ , the escribed circles $k_A$ and $k_B$ drawn to sides $CB$ and $CA$ touch the appropriate sides at $D$ and $E$ , respectively. Show that line $DE$ cuts out equal chords from the circles $k_A$ and $k_B$.
