Erect a perpendicular to each of the sides ABAB, BCBC, CACA of a triangle of perimeter kk at the vertices AA, BB, CC, respectively. Let KK denote the perimeter of the new triangle obtained from the perpendiculars. Prove that Kk=cot⁡α+cot⁡β+cot⁡γ\frac{K}{k}= \cot\alpha+ \cot\beta+ \cot\gamma, where α\alpha, β\beta and γ\gamma are the angles of the triangle ABC .
