$P$ is a given point on the tangent drawn at point $B$ of a circle of diameter $AB$. The point of tangency of the other tangent from $P$ is $C$. $T$ is the orthogonal projection of $C$ on the line $AB$. Prove that $AP$ bisects the line segment $CT$.
