Problem 1

Let △ABC\triangle ABC be an acute-angled triangle with AB>ACAB>AC , OO be its circumcenter and DD the midpoint of side BCBC . The circle with diameter ADAD meets sides AB,ACAB,AC again at points E,FE,F respectively. The line passing through DD parallel to AOAO meets EFEF at MM . Show that EM=MFEM=MF .

Problem 2

Let a∈(0,1)a\in(0,1) , f(x)=ax3+(1−4a)x2+(5a−1)x−5a+3f(x)=ax^3+(1-4a)x^2+(5a-1)x-5a+3 , g(x)=(1−a)x3−x2+(2−a)x−3a−1g(x)=(1-a)x^3-x^2+(2-a)x-3a-1 . Prove that:For any real number xx ,at least one of ∣f(x)∣|f(x)| and ∣g(x)∣|g(x)| not less than a+1a+1 .

Problem 3

In a 12×1212\times 12 grid, colour each unit square with either black or white, such that there is at least one black unit square in any 3×43\times 4 and 4×34\times 3 rectangle bounded by the grid lines. Determine, with proof, the minimum number of black unit squares.

Problem 4

Let g(n)g(n) be the greatest common divisor of nn and 20152015 . Find the number of triples (a,b,c)(a,b,c) which satisfies the following two conditions: 1)1) a,b,c∈a,b,c \in { 1,2,...,20151,2,...,2015 }; 2)2) g(a),g(b),g(c),g(a+b),g(b+c),g(c+a),g(a+b+c)g(a),g(b),g(c),g(a+b),g(b+c),g(c+a),g(a+b+c) are pairwise distinct.

Problem 5

Determine the number of distinct right-angled triangles such that its three sides are of integral lengths, and its area is 999999 times of its perimeter. (Congruent triangles are considered identical.)

Problem 6

Let Γ1\Gamma_1 and Γ2\Gamma_2 be two non-overlapping circles. A,CA,C are on Γ1\Gamma_1 and B,DB,D are on Γ2\Gamma_2 such that ABAB is an external common tangent to the two circles, and CDCD is an internal common tangent to the two circles. ACAC and BDBD meet at EE . FF is a point on Γ1\Gamma_1 , the tangent line to Γ1\Gamma_1 at FF meets the perpendicular bisector of EFEF at MM . MGMG is a line tangent to Γ2\Gamma_2 at GG . Prove that MF=MGMF=MG .

Problem 7

Let x1,x2,⋯ ,xn∈(0,1)x_1,x_2,\cdots,x_n \in(0,1) , n≥2n\geq2 . Prove that 1−x1x1+1−x2x2+⋯+1−xnxn<n−1x1x2⋯xn.\frac{\sqrt{1-x_1}}{x_1}+\frac{\sqrt{1-x_2}}{x_2}+\cdots+\frac{\sqrt{1-x_n}}{x_n}<\frac{\sqrt{n-1}}{x_1 x_2 \cdots x_n}.

Problem 8

Let n≥2n\geq 2 be a given integer. Initially, we write nn sets on the blackboard and do a sequence of moves as follows: choose two sets AA and BB on the blackboard such that none of them is a subset of the other, and replace AA and BB by A∩BA\cap B and A∪BA\cup B . This is called a move\textit{move} . Find the maximum number of moves in a sequence for all possible initial sets.
