Problem 1

Two circles k1(O1,R)k_1(O_1,R) and k2(O2,r)k_2(O_2,r) are given in the plane such that R≥2rR \ge \sqrt2 r and O1O2=R2+r2−r4R2+r2.O_1O_2 =\sqrt{R^2 +r^2 - r\sqrt{4R^2 +r^2}}. Let AA be an arbitrary point on k1k_1 . The tangents from AA to k2k_2 touch k2k_2 at BB and CC and intersect k1k_1 again at DD and EE , respectively. Prove that BD⋅CE=r2BD \cdot CE = r^2

Problem 2

Find all functions f:R→Rf : R \to R such that xf(x)−yf(y)=(x−y)f(x+y)x f(x)-y f(y) = (x-y)f(x+y) for all x,y∈Rx,y \in R .

Problem 3

Let pp be a prime number, determine all positive integers (x,y,z)(x, y, z) such that: xp+yp=pzx^p + y^p = p^z

Problem 5

Let kk be a positive integer and rnr_n be the remainder when (2nn){2 n} \choose {n} is divided by kk . Find all kk for which the sequence (rn)n=1∞(r_n)_{n=1}^{\infty} is eventually periodic.

Problem 6

Let nn be a positive integer and AA be a family of subsets of the set {1,2,...,n},\{1,2,...,n\}, none of which contains another subset from A . Find the largest possible cardinality of AA .
