NMC 2013 Problem 4

Let ABCA B C be an acute angled triangle, and HH a point in its interior. Let the reflections of HH through the sides ABA B and ACA C be called HcH_{c} and HbH_{b}, respectively, and let the reflections of HH through the midpoints of these same sides be called Hc′H_{c}^{\prime} and Hb′H_{b}^{\prime}, respectively. Show that the four points Hb,Hb′,HcH_{b}, H_{b}^{\prime}, H_{c}, and Hc′H_{c}^{\prime} are concyclic if and only if at least two of them coincide or HH lies on the altitude from AA in triangle ABCA B C.
