Let aa and bb be positive integers bigger than 2. Prove that there exists a positive integer kk and a sequence n1,n2,…,nkn_{1}, n_{2}, \ldots, n_{k} consisting of positive integers, such that n1=an_{1}=a, nk=bn_{k}=b, and (ni+ni+1)∣nini+1\left(n_{i}+n_{i+1}\right) \mid n_{i} n_{i+1} for all i=1,2,…,k−1i=1,2, \ldots, k-1.
