Problem 1

Let n⩾3n \geqslant 3 be an integer. A frog is to jump along the real axis, starting at the point 0 and making nn jumps: one of length 1 , one of length 2,…2, \ldots, one of length nn. It may perform these nn jumps in any order. If at some point the frog is sitting on a number a⩽0a \leqslant 0, its next jump must be to the right (towards the positive numbers). If at some point the frog is sitting on a number a>0a>0, its next jump must be to the left (towards the negative numbers). Find the largest positive integer kk for which the frog can perform its jumps in such an order that it never lands on any of the numbers 1,2,…,k1,2, \ldots, k.

Problem 2

Find all functions f:R→Rf: \mathbb{R} \rightarrow \mathbb{R} such that

f(x+y)+y⩽f(f(f(x)))f(x+y)+y \leqslant f(f(f(x)))

holds for all x,y∈Rx, y \in \mathbb{R}.

Problem 3

Let △ABC\triangle A B C be a triangle with circumcircle Γ\Gamma, and let II be the center of the incircle of △ABC\triangle A B C. The lines AI,BIA I, B I and CIC I intersect Γ\Gamma in D≠A,E≠BD \neq A, E \neq B and F≠CF \neq C. The tangent lines to Γ\Gamma in F,DF, D and EE intersect the lines AI,BIA I, B I and CIC I in R,SR, S and TT, respectively. Prove that

∣AR∣⋅∣BS∣⋅∣CT∣=∣ID∣⋅∣IE∣⋅∣IF∣|A R| \cdot|B S| \cdot|C T|=|I D| \cdot|I E| \cdot|I F|

Problem 4

a) Find all positive integers gg with the following property: for each odd prime number pp there exists a positive integer nn such that pp divides the two integers

gn−n and gn+1−(n+1)g^{n}-n \text { and } g^{n+1}-(n+1)

b) Find all positive integers gg with the following property: for each odd prime number pp there exists a positive integer nn such that pp divides the two integers

gn−n2 and gn+1−(n+1)2g^{n}-n^{2} \text { and } g^{n+1}-(n+1)^{2}
